Just an arch we spotted. Fairly spectacular, really. Hardly looks so in this photo, I know, but I'm doing the best I can. By this time we were just tired of walking. That dang sand can really wear on you, and Ak's feet were starting to hurt. I have some incredibly good shoes, so that wasn't much of a problem for me, but I was sure getting tired. This ten miles was more like fifteen anywhere else. But the temperature remained ideal, and the flat light was easy on us, even if it didn't help the photos much. |
