Morning departure headed for White Sands. The Organ Mountains are really spectacular, a nice setting for much-maligned but really quite pleasant Las Cruces. Unfortunately we didn't realize the previous evening that they're "Sunset Mountains" and hard as hell to shoot in morning light. Still, nice picture of Ak. |
