The Cenotaph Domain

Coming from a military family (long ago and far away) I can truly appreciate how thoughtful this is. The big monument here is a rough equivalent of our Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier. But not really, since they know who's missing. This is the Cenotaph, dedicated to the soldiers whose bodies never came back.
          They don't stop there, however. Across the main road is the Queen's Domain (more on that later) throughout which you will find individual monuments to all the lost Tasmanians, principally from the First World War, and seemingly mostly from Gallipoli.
          It's a degree of care that's touching.
