If you note the sharp hills above the peninsula and the cuts in the
cliff, you can see there are probably quite spectacular waterfalls
here just after a solid rain.
During somewhat droughty times such as during our visit, there are no
waterfalls -- just a bay at the end of a pretty nice walk. We were
in the mood for a stroll, so it worked out fine. Also, we saw our
only 'in the wild' roo-type thang along the path: probably a Wallaby,
but we're no experts.
Interesting birds as always. We made this walk in about half the time
allowed by the trail guide, and we weren't even trying.
