Not sure of the evolution of the name, but it's Tasman's or Tasmans or
perhaps Tasman Arch. Take your pick. A nice example of the genre
and easily seen. You drive past Dootown to get here, and everyone
there is aware of the curious nature of their town's name. Consequently
they've named their houses in various punny ways.
