Sierra Azul means Blue Mountains, probably the same root as azure. This does not even begin to get across how sharp the light can be in Winter, its best season. Nice horizon pollution here, too -- the weather was weird and cold that day, but a slight inversion left it warmer and beautiful up top. Taken with the Canon S200 November 23, 2003. |
