One of my tricks is to position myself to shoot while Ak has her back turned, then catch her unaware as she turns around. She has long since caught on to this, and in this case acquiesced long enough for me to pull the picture. It was taken just above the waterfall at Castle Rock State Park in later summer, 2002. When she saw this one, she liked it immediately. So if you're curious how she likes to look, this is one example. Maybe the one she's shown the most enthusiasm for. Don't get me wrong; I like it too. But I like other shots of her that she thinks totally stink. |
