Fortunately we came at this from the east, before getting to the Cliff Dwellers Restaurant of local fame and renown. We still have no official explanation, but I assume this to be the place from whence comes the name of the town (which is just out of view around a turn in the road).

To the left of the Goofy Face rock is a house built against a large rock. I'm shooting through the window of a much smaller place (basically a room with a bench) built under a rock not terribly unlike the one in the center. I kind of like Pac Man rock next to it.

These boulders rolled from a cliff out of the picture to the left. There's a creek behind me. It's a great place to set up camp.

Apparently, someone else thought so. But there's not a word of explanation or 'interpretation' anywhere, which makes this even niftier.
