Across From The Apple Museum

NEXT

I know I should be more gracious. It was free. People worked hard to put it together. But my very first Partner Program experience was the Apple Museum, which you had to suffer if you wanted to go to the other destinations. Good ones, too.
I spent most of the time outside shooting pictures, of which a few are worthwhile. I did go in for the Big Talk, which ends in a pitch for an apple peeler/corer/slicer. Apropos Ronco, but nice folks anyway.
The husband is American. I was disappointed a bit. Who wants to go to Australia and see a museum run by an American? What you're looking at, by the way, is an old apple drying kiln. The Huon Valley was pretty much settled and established by the Apple Trade. The other unique cool agricultural thang for Tasmania is honey. Quite good, both. And Tasmanian apple juice -- unsweetened -- is the best.
