View From Mount Field Park

We are probably looking north and a bit west, though who knows? If so, that would be the direction of Cradle Mountain, though far short of it. But who cares? We're in Mount Field National Park on our first road outing in Tasmania. Driving on the left in a raw panic, we managed somehow to survive this far, then drive up a road that, if I read the rental contract right, we shouldn't have been on.
          Europcar employees, please don't read that last sentence. Or look at it this way: we honored the contract for over two hours!
          Is Tasmania really as pretty as this photo makes it look? Yes. Eat your heart out. Or look at it this way: the plane ride really sucks, especially when you fly economy class.
